Captain Circuit: Arcade Soccer does not require an account and is designed to work without advertising, behavioural tracking, or third-party analytics.
Information stored on your device
Captain Circuit may store information locally on your device, including:
- Game settings
- Team-unlock progression
- Circuit Cup saves
- Championship records
- Full Game entitlement status
- Audio and control preferences
This information is used to operate the game and is not uploaded to Captain Circuit servers.
In-App Purchases
The Full Game Unlock is processed by Apple through StoreKit.
Captain Circuit may receive limited transaction status information needed to verify whether Full Game access is active. Captain Circuit does not receive your payment-card details, Apple Account password, or payment credentials.
Apple processes purchase information according to Apple’s own privacy practices.
Gameplay diagnostics
The public release of Captain Circuit does not upload gameplay diagnostics to a developer-operated server.
Diagnostic tools used while developing the game are compiled only into Debug builds and are not included as public data collection.
Support email
When you contact support@captaincircuit.app, we receive the email address and information you choose to include in your message.
This information is used only to respond to your request, investigate the issue, and maintain an appropriate support record.
Do not include passwords, payment information, or verification codes in support messages.
Website data
The Captain Circuit website does not use advertising trackers, behavioural analytics, user accounts, or marketing cookies.
The hosting provider may process standard technical request information needed to deliver the website, such as an IP address, browser information, or request timestamp, under its own policies.
Sharing and selling information
Captain Circuit does not sell personal information.
Captain Circuit does not share personal information with advertising companies or data brokers.
Information sent through support email may be handled by the email and hosting providers required to deliver and respond to the message.
Data retention
Game progression and settings remain on the device until removed through the app, device settings, or deletion of the app.
Support messages may be retained as long as reasonably necessary to respond, investigate a problem, or maintain support records.
Children’s privacy
Captain Circuit does not knowingly collect personal information through the game.
Users should avoid including unnecessary personal information in support messages.

Reasonable steps are taken to protect support information and website operation. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
